Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products! We use the best ingredients to yield the best results. Each of our formulas are designed to benefit the quality of your pet’s health, and we maintain strict quality CGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Policy) control and handling procedures to ensure the excellence of our products. We have provided these products to pet owners since 1987. Our goal and hope is that your pet’s health will improve with vitality and energy and will feel the love from your pet that goes into creating each of our formulas that you and your pet will experience a better quality of life because of our Ingredients with a Purpose Mission. 

Our satisfaction guarantee policy is simple:

Our Return, Refund, Credit, and Exchange Policies apply to products purchased directly from Nutritech Inc and/or our authorized retailers, either from our website, or authorized resellers. Unfortunately, because we cannot control the actions of other retailers to ensure their compliance with our Quality Control and Handling Guidelines, we cannot extend our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy to purchases from other sellers or retailers who are not authorized to sell Nutritech Products.

If at any time during the first 14 days you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, please contact Nutritech Customer Care and provide your original invoice or purchase receipt to receive a full refund, credit or exchange. Products must be 90% unused and have original receipt for a refund, replacement, or credit. 

Exchanges & Company Credit can be requested for all purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. To complete your exchange or credit request please visit our returns center.  Restrictions do apply.

If you purchased your products from one of our veterinarian or authorized resellers, please contact the retailer you purchased your supplements from for any returns or exchanges.  If the retailer does not have the supplements for an exchange, we can complete your request directly if you desire but if you go directly through Nutritech, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Therefore, it is better to go directly through the vendor you purchased from. 

Our policy applies to all unaltered Nutritech products sold to retail consumers within the United States by an authorized retailer, namely Veterinarians, Pet Store, Pet Supply Distributors or from an authorized agent at the Nutritech website. This excludes sales by any unauthorized sellers, vendors, and promotional items not sold at retail.

Returns & Refund Policy

Nutritech takes great care to ensure each product shipped adheres to the highest quality, handling, and shipping standards. If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Here is our return and refund policy.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval and authorization by our shipping department.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Any product returned to Nutritech Inc. for any reasons other than damaged or defective product must be subject to a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell any product that is damaged after you receive it in good condition.  

All refused packages will also incur a 15% restocking fee of total price as if you order and then refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for expenses we incur if you change your mind after you order. Just be considerate and if you change your mind after you place your order, let us know within 24 hours before we ship so that we and you do not incur unnecessary shipping fees and packaging cost. 

Returned product must be in resalable condition and less than 30 days of your purchase. Our products are perishable items and have expiration dates. We cannot and will not resale returns that are not returned in perfect condition and go past 30 days of manufacture date. 

Any products returned using Nutritech Inc.’s UPS or USPS account will be responsible for all shipping charges (initial s/h plus return s/h) and will incur a $30 penalty if there is any unauthorized use of our company account. We offer this as a convenience to our customers.

There will be no refunds on any product returned after 30 days. We will, however, provide an in-house credit that can be used for the same item or an alternative product. Credit must be used within 120 days.
