Questions regarding GeriZyme:

Why should I consider adding GeriZyme supplement into my pet’s diet?

GeriZyme contains all of the nutritional cofactors required for the body produce a main line of defense against harmful free radicals that destroy your pet’s health. The nutritional cofactors include the formula required for the production of SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) which binds Cu/Zn into Hydrogen Peroxide and Oxygen. Not just any type of zinc will do as zinc normally adversely affects the copper levels. At Nutritech, we use patented OptiZinc which consists of zinc methionine which does not adversely affect copper levels. In other words, this does not affect the liver.

Why has GeriZyme been recommended by licensed veterinarians for more than 30 years?

Pet owners can see a remarkable difference in their pet’s health and vitality within a couple of weeks when used according to the suggested dose.

Why is GeriZyme a better choice to use when your pet has Oxidative Stress or Oxidative Damage which is causing my pets health to deteriorate?

A free radical is a destructive molecular cell species that contains an unpaired electron in its outer ring. When an electron is missing an electron in its outer ring, the cell becomes highly reactive and destroys healthy cells, such as DNA, proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. The older your pet becomes, the higher the levels of free radicals will be.

What is the first line of defense to provide preventative antioxidants in your pet’s diet?

Oxidative Stress and Oxidative Damage are a result of high free radical production and a low antioxidant defense system mostly caused by dietary deficiencies, aging, hereditary, inflammation, environmental factors, pollutants, certain drugs, and more.

What is the difference between GeriZyme compared to other products that contain Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate?

Most Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplements claim to build up cartilage in the joints and pet owners are paying millions because their veterinarians recommend it. These supplements hardly do anything to address the cause of joint degeneration due to free radical build up in the joint. This can be compared to if someone put a bandage over a cut that requires stitches.

Why are natural antioxidants important to helping keep my pet as healthy as possible?

The first line of defense in your pet’s diet is to provide antioxidants that suppress the formation of toxic free radicals. The main enzymes required to prevent the formation of toxic free radicals include Glutathione Peroxidase, Glutathione Reductase, and Glutathione Reductase, in addition to Superoxide Dismutase. These enzymes must be naturally produced in the diet with the proper nutritional cofactors.

Where can I see different scientific references to back up the concept of Free Radical Pathology?
